Founded in 1974, our insurance brokerage operation (also founded by Gregory Osorio) has grown in knowledge and experience. Like anything it has been both an exciting and humbling journey. We're focused on Workers' Compensation and Employee Benefits.

Then we invested thousands of dollars creating unique and proprietary suite of services specific for the Workers' Compensation and Employee Benefits arena... Services that can make a dramatic difference in the performance of your program!
All of our nonprofit clients are price sensitive, and so our mandate is to get the best pricing year in and year out, and we deliver on that.

Due to our size we compete successfully on price with other large regional and national brokerage firms.  We can meet or beat their pricing, but most cannot touch the value we bring to the table, which is an amazing value created from great pricing and truly high-end services that can assist you with your Workers' Compensation and Employee Benefits program.  We will make you look good!

The combination of our vocational work and passion has taken both to the next level.  The resulting experience for our nonprofit clients has been extremely positive.

 

 On the business side, we are fortunate to have a great group of clients who trust us and depend on us for their  Workers' Compensation and Employee Benefits needs, and we do not take that trust for granted; rather it is an awesome responsibility. 

We are not trying to fit square pegs into round holes; our niche is providing truly meaningful high-end services to nonprofit organizations.  At the same time all of our nonprofit clients are price sensitive and so we also have to deliver highly competitive solutions as well.

What makes a "great fit"?  I think that is a different answer for everyone; however one intangible is "chemistry". All other things being equal, it is always nice to work with people who you enjoy working with and those who you share core values with.  We believe is the foundation of all great relationships is shared values.

Just don't settle for mediocre when things could be great, because often there is a high price to be paid for mediocre performance and unfortunately our experience reflects that many nonprofit organizations are paying that price.
